General guidelines

• Your post/article minimum contains 600 words which should offer value to our target readers (must be a career-related topic)

• Must be Unique/Plagiarism free Post/Article otherwise straightly rejected.

• Your post must be fresh, original content (not published before)

• Your post must be edited and proofed for grammar and spelling

• If your post does not follow the guidelines, you may not receive a response from us

How To Submit Your Post

• Please send your post to with Guest Post in the subject line

• Please submit your post as a Word Doc/Txt etc. file

• Please include your author bio and an email address associated with a Gravatar along with your submission (If you don’t have a Gravatar you can get one here.)

• Understand that your title/content might be edited slightly to make it more successful


• Must be more the 600 words

• Must provide true career value

• Must be original content (does not/will not appear anywhere else on the Web)

• Must be written for a global audience (must have universal appeal)

• Must be educational in nature/not a sales pitch or focused on your services


• Entire piece must be 500-900 words long

• Title must be under 58 characters, including spaces

• Must be nicely organized

• Must contain good headers, decks and subheadings

• Must have professional spelling/grammar

• Must include an author bio (100 words/600 characters max)

• Must include an email address linked to a Gravatar

External Links

• Per Google’s Webmaster Guidelines, all external links will be “no followed” (i.e. contain the rel=nofollow modifier in the HTML code).

• External links must be relevant to the content and topic of your post. They must also add value.

• Anchor text cannot be blatantly promotional (i.e. Great deals on or Check out MyWebsite for more information)

• External links must be organic sounding in nature (i.e. a recent study by the Pew Institute says).

• External links will only be approved if they bring the reader to a credible source to verify a statistic/study

• Links to your website (one website) and Social Media accounts including Twitter, Google+, and Facebook will be included in your Author profile but may  be added to your article last paragraph.
